This platform is dedicated to providing quality training in web development and related technologies. Any form of misuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized use of the site or its content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and/or legal action.

All course materials, including videos, code samples, banners, designs, and documents are the intellectual property of Vivaa Pathshala (and/or the respective content owners). Copying, redistributing, republishing, reselling, or repurposing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any point. All updates will be reflected on this page. Continued usage of the site and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared by students is kept confidential and used solely for communication, verification, and academic/operational purposes. We do not sell student data.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical breakdowns, pandemics, or government restrictions, Vivaa Pathshala may reschedule, modify, or temporarily suspend classes or services. Under such conditions, we shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions.

• Submitting the admission form or applying online does not constitute confirmed admission.
• Admission is deemed confirmed only upon successful fee payment, seat availability confirmation (where applicable), and generation of an official registration number.
• Generation of a registration number is the final step to confirm admission.

• All course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Fees once submitted cannot be transferred to any other student, course, or future batch.
• In case of delayed or missed payments, access to course materials, dashboards, and classes may be suspended without prior notice.
• Certificates of completion (if applicable) will be issued only after full fee payment.
• Fee payment is expected in full; however EMI (maximum 3 installments) may be available for courses with fees above ₹3000 in approved cases.

• After full payment, students may get access for as long as the course is actively offered by Vivaa Pathshala (unless access is revoked due to misuse).
• If a student is unable to continue after paying fees, they may be allowed to rejoin the same course in future subject to availability and operational feasibility.
• Course content may be updated over time; eligibility for new modules is at our discretion and may vary by course.

Placement support (if offered) is available only to students who have successfully completed the course requirements. Assignments and projects must be completed as per guidelines.

Course durations are generally fixed; however, in special cases such as slower learning pace or medical emergencies, duration may be extended upon approval. Documentary proof may be required.

Any discount or offer promoted by us is valid only for the duration mentioned in the offer. Please ensure authenticity before proceeding with payment.

Changes in referral or partner programs are applicable only to new enrollments. Students already enrolled generally continue with the offer active at the time of admission.

Misbehavior, spamming, abusive language, or disrespect toward staff or fellow students may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

• Consistent attendance is expected to ensure effective learning.
• Access to live sessions, recordings, and materials is provided only to registered students.
• Sharing credentials, downloading/screen-recording, or circulating materials/recordings is forbidden and may result in termination of access.

Certificates (if applicable) will only be issued after full fee payment and completion of course requirements as per the program guidelines.

We continuously strive to keep our content up-to-date. Modules and lessons may be updated, removed, or enhanced.

Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and using a functional device. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student's end.

Recordings (if provided) are for revision purposes only. Downloading, screen-recording, or circulating these videos is strictly prohibited.
